Effective July 24, 2026

Terms of Use

These terms apply to tiridir.com, the downloadable Tír Idir games, and the optional online services for Trials of the Fifth Peace and Fort of the Fifth Peace.

Use of the service

You may use the sites and games for personal, lawful entertainment. Online features may change, pause, or be removed as development and operational needs evolve.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and notify support if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your session unless it results from a service-side security failure.

Fair play

Do not automate abuse, probe hidden match state, exploit service vulnerabilities, interfere with other players, evade rate limits, or manipulate ratings and leaderboards. Responsible security reports are welcome through the support page.

Community conduct

Display names and future communication features must not be used for harassment, impersonation, threats, unlawful content, or attempts to expose another person's private information.

Crash diagnostics

Fort may save a bounded sanitized crash report locally. Reports upload only after authenticated Online Play is selected and are used to diagnose failures and improve reliability. Offline Play does not transmit them. See the Privacy Notice for included fields, retention, and choices.

Availability and development status

Trials is playable, but online services may still receive balance changes, maintenance, and compatibility updates. Fort of the Fifth Peace is available as an unsigned pre-alpha Windows preview, not as a finished release. Preview features, balance, file formats, compatibility, and availability may change or be withdrawn during development.

Intellectual property

Tír Idir names, setting material, game code, writing, art, audio, and branding are protected by their applicable rights. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute or commercially exploit them.

Enforcement

Access may be limited or revoked when reasonably necessary to protect players, service integrity, legal obligations, or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
