Information you provide
Creating a Trials account requires an email address, password, and display name. Passwords are stored only as Argon2id hashes, never as reversible text. Email addresses are encrypted, with a separately keyed lookup value used for account operations.
Game and account records
The service stores sessions, verification and reset token hashes, lobby membership, army loadouts, active match snapshots, accepted commands, reconnect state, ratings, and leaderboard records. Hidden opponent state is filtered before match data reaches a browser.
Security and operational data
Azure and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request metadata, service logs, performance data, authentication failures, and security events to deliver and protect the sites. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to understand aggregate site use.
How information is used
- Provide accounts, lobbies, matches, reconnects, ratings, and support.
- Send requested account verification and password reset messages.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect game integrity.
- Understand aggregate performance and improve the games.
Sharing and sale
Personal information is not sold. Infrastructure providers process information as needed to host, secure, monitor, and deliver the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and choices
Records are retained while needed for account operation, match integrity, security, legal obligations, and reasonable backups. You may play local Trials modes without creating an online account. To request account or privacy assistance, use the project support link below.
