What happens if Fort Defense crashes?
Fort attempts to stop at a safe error screen and save a sanitized report under its local Godot user-data folder. The report is sent only after you later choose authenticated Online Play. Offline Play never uploads reports. You can still email support@tiridir.com with the report identifier and what you were doing; never send passwords or account tokens.
Where can I play Tír Idir?
Trials of the Fifth Peace is playable in a web browser. An unsigned pre-alpha build of Fort of the Fifth Peace is available for Windows 10 and Windows 11 on x64 PCs.
What should I know before running the Fort preview?
The preview is an unsigned launcher ZIP with no installer.
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may ask for confirmation. Download
only from tiridir.com,
verify the published SHA-256 checksum, extract the complete ZIP,
and run TirIdirFortLauncher.exe. The build is
pre-alpha software, so balance, features, saves, and compatibility
may change. Online Play requires the launcher to confirm the
current version; a failed check can retry or continue Offline.
During a run, the HUD speed button cycles 1x, 2x, 4x, 6x, and 8x.
Do I need an account to play?
No account is required for the Trials tutorial or local skirmishes. Trials online lobbies, reconnect-safe matches, seasonal ratings, and leaderboards require an account. Fort asks you to choose at launch: Offline Play needs no account and does not submit records, while Online Play requires a validated linked Tír Idir account.
I did not receive a verification or reset email. What should I do?
Check spam and filtered folders, confirm the address was typed correctly, and wait a few minutes before requesting another message. If it still does not arrive, contact support@tiridir.com without including your password or any access token.
How do I reconnect to an online match?
Return to the Online Oath Hall and sign in with the same account. Active lobby and match state is stored by the authoritative service and will be offered automatically.
Which devices are supported?
Trials supports current desktop browsers, tablets, and phones in landscape orientation. Keyboard, mouse, touch, and semantic controls share the same command path.
Can an online opponent see my hidden units?
No. The server sends each player a filtered battle view containing their own company, currently visible rivals, explored terrain, and remembered last-known positions. Hidden rival positions are not sent to the browser.
How do I report a bug or security concern?
Email support@tiridir.com with the page or game mode, what you expected, and what happened. For security concerns, describe the impact without posting secrets, passwords, account tokens, or another person's private information.
How can I request account or privacy assistance?
Email support@tiridir.com from the address associated with the account. Additional information is available in the Privacy Notice.
